This non-programmable digital thermostat from white-rodgers includes two aa energizer alkaline batteries. The batteries power the unit’s first-stage heat and first-stage air. Heating and coolingthe unit provides first-stage heat no auxiliary heat for gas, oil, electric, and heat pump systems. It provides first-stage cooling for compressor systems.
