Rust-Oleum stops rust automotive primer spray is a tough, rust-inhibiting base that works well under most automotive paints and Rust-Oleum stops rust finishes. Spray on and wait just 15 minutes before you apply a top coat or wet sand to an ultra smooth finish. Safe to apply on all but galvanized metals.
