Rapid Set WunderFixx is a polymer modified, gray concrete smoothing and patching compound formulated with Rapid Set non-shrink cement, allowing full-depth application from featheredge to ½-inch thickness in a single coat. WunderFixx is used for the cosmetic patching of tilt ups, precast, and cast-in-place concrete projects. It is an ideal repair material for smoothing rough surfaces, seams, stable hairline cracks, bugholes, and imperfections in concrete surfaces. Since WunderFixx is sand-free and has a smooth and creamy texture, it is easy to apply. It sands to an ultra-smooth finish and uniform appearance, sets in 60 minutes, and can be painted in 3 hours with no flashing. WunderFixx can be used in all weather conditions and reduces deterioration, mold, and peeling because it is hydraulic cement, not gypsum. Jobs will not have unsightly water damage, even in heavy rain, sleet, and snow. Projects will last because WunderFixx has superior adhesion.
