Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint cures solid within 30 days. Top coats are not needed but give an extra added finish with glazes, waxes, etc. mix 1 part farmhouse green with one part buttercream to create coleslaw To Apply: Clean piece thoroughly with white lightening and rinse well. Using Water Spritzer, spritz piece and paint thin coats with long even strokes. Allow first coat to dry (not full coverage). Second coat, spritz brush itself and apply with long thin strokes. Sometimes, a 3rd coat is needed. Allow to dry before apply specialty finishes or top coats.
