AFM Safecoat EXT Polyureseal

AFM Safecoat EXT is an ultra-low VOC, crystal clear topical sealer that creates a durable, long-lasting finish on most wood and concrete surfaces. It also seals in off-gassing of hazardous chemicals. It’s non-toxic and safe for everyone, even those with chemical sensitivities. Unlike oil-based polyurethanes which off-gas for weeks, this product has no odor once dried. AFM Safecoat EXT is a high solids, high build sealer comparable to conventional urethanes in performance, with exceptional durability and abrasion resistance—but without the harmful ingredients. Use two coats on unfinished or stained wood, concrete or previously painted surfaces. If a satin finish is desired, one base coat of gloss is required. This product dries fast and completely clear, and it will not yellow. Please read preparation instructions carefully. This product is not to be used over oil-based polyurethanes or oil-based products.
